Clark Realty Services, Inc. specializes in and is a full-service residential appraisal firm offering a full range of appraisal development and reporting options. Reports conform to all FNMA/FHLMC standards as well as all state and federal requirements and the Uniform Standards of Professional Appraisal Practice.

Services include appraisal development and reporting by plans and specifications as well as on existing properties. Don Clark is a VA panel appraiser and is a HUD approved appraiser in Virginia and North Carolina. Don performs FHA 203K appraisals, REO/Foreclosure appraisals and relocation appraisals that conform to the Employee Relocation Council standards. Don also perform appraisals for estate purposes and has testified in court on such matters.

Clark Realty Services was started by three certified licensed appraisers. We offer professional, high-quality reports, completed promptly for competitive fees. We maintain close contact with our clients from the placement of an order until receipt of the hard copy report. We develop accurate reports that meet the most stringent requirements. Our reports are completed in accordance with USPAP, state and federal regulations, as well as supplemental standards of our clients.

Our research services include computer access of Multiple Listing Services, Public Records, as well as Internet access to other data services. We utilize Marshall and Swift Residential Cost Reporting Services as well as local cost, builders estimates, with continual upgrades of changes. A comprehensive set of HUD/FEMA flat maps, zoning codes, planning documents and other resources are kept in-house. We maintain a complete set of census tract maps upgraded with every census, in-house.
